Job description Minimum 1-5 year experience Good Communication Skills. Client Interaction. Having Support experience on Banking Platform Or Any other Application. Knowledge of Indian Domestic Payment .Eg Cheque, DD,RTGS & NEFT. Gather Requirement from the Service Manager and trained customer accordingly. Keep the note of important point discussed during the training session. Assist customer telephonically or through WebEx and also visit if required. Preparing FAQ and document of new product. Working on Utility & UAT Application. FILE testing on UAT & PVT application. Excel & Word knowledge. Working on different file format. Providing Application Demo to New Customer. Preparing MIS or Activity Log of Daily Task
